The warranty covers manufacturing defects, LED bar failures and power supply faults under normal use.

A bar no longer lights up? In the vast majority of cases a pin is not fully seated: switch off the power, unplug the connector and push it back in firmly. If the problem persists, contact us — the affected bar is replaced without returning the whole installation.

Is RGB suitable as work lighting?

The RGB kit is designed for ambiance and showcase lighting. It also produces a white light, slightly bluish and less powerful than pure white. For work lighting, choose the 6500 K white LED range.

How do I change the color?

With the included remote control: pick the color and adjust the brightness.

Is the suspension kit included?

No. The kit can be mounted directly to the ceiling; a suspended installation requires a compatible suspension kit, sold separately. Choose fixings suited to your ceiling and follow the instructions.

How do I prepare the installation?

Check your ceiling dimensions, plan where the power supply will go and assemble the parts as shown in the instructions. For the 230 V mains connection, use a qualified electrician.

Can a single part be replaced?

The structure is modular. Contact support@hexeli.com with your order number and a photo so we can identify the compatible part and arrange the replacement.

What are the shipping and return terms?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours with tracked shipping; delivery times vary by destination. Free shipping on eligible orders. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, under the Hexeli return policy.

What warranty?

It is controlled with the included remote control – change colors and adjust brightness at the touch of a button.

Installation is quick thanks to the plug & play system with pin connectors. The kit mounts to the ceiling or wall, or hangs from a cable suspension kit (optional).
