However, slight differences may appear between the photographs and the product received, particularly due to screen settings, shooting conditions, or minor product evolutions.

These differences should not affect the essential characteristics or normal use of the product.

7. Price and Availability

Products are offered subject to stock availability.

The price invoiced is that displayed at the time of order confirmation, subject to the correction of a manifest error.

8. Orders

Hexeli may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

10. Delivery

The total delivery time is generally estimated between 5 and 8 business days, depending on the product, destination, and shipping method.

11. Returns and Refunds

Hexeli grants the consumer Customer a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to notify their intention to withdraw, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

After this notification, the product must be shipped within the timeframe indicated in the Return and Refund Policy.

Unless there is an error on Hexeli's part, a defect, or non-conformity of the product, the direct return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
