5-Year Limited Warranty on the entire range, white and RGB alike.

Hexeli warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use for five (5) years from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, Hexeli will, at its option, repair or replace any defective component free of charge.

A bar no longer lights up? In the vast majority of cases a pin is not fully seated: switch off the power, unplug the connector and push it back in firmly. If the problem persists, contact us — the affected bar is replaced without returning the whole installation.

For any request: support@hexeli.com, with your order number and photos. Reply within 24–48 business hours.

Not covered: damage caused by improper installation, incorrect voltage, modification, misuse, accident, or normal wear (including gradual lumen depreciation). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

FAQ

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 100% AND DIMMABLE? 

The Fixed 100% version always lights at full power. The Dimmable version lets you set the brightness to three levels: 50%, 75% and 100%. They are two separate versions of the kit.

Is the suspension kit included?

No. The kit can be mounted directly to the ceiling; a suspended installation requires a compatible suspension kit, sold separately. Choose fixings suited to your ceiling and follow the instructions.

How do I prepare the installation?

Check your ceiling dimensions, plan where the power supply will go and assemble the parts as shown in the instructions. Input: 120V AC / 60Hz (US version). Plug-in or hardwired installation (hardwiring by a licensed electrician, per NEC and local codes).

Can a single part be replaced?

The structure is modular. Contact support@hexeli.com with your order number and a photo so we can identify the compatible part and arrange the replacement.

Product description

With 672 W and 66,000 lumens, this 14-hexagon kit delivers bright, even light with no shadow zones, suited to precision work – ideal as shop lights or detailing lights, and just as at home in a home gym or man cave.

Its honeycomb pattern, accented by a frame in the color of your choice (white, blue, green, red or RGB), turns the ceiling into a design feature.

Installation is quick thanks to the plug and play system with pin connectors – the bars are linkable, so you can extend the layout later. The kit mounts to the ceiling or hangs from a cable suspension kit (optional).

The kit always runs at full power (Fixed 100% version).

Turn off power at the breaker before installation. Hardwired installations must be carried out by a licensed electrician in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes. Do not exceed the maximum number of bars per power input stated in the manual. Indoor use only (IP54: protected against dust and splashes). Hexeli is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.
